On the Ground floor there are
two feetan Cars ( Cabs ) and Two Motor Cars manufactured by -
French Motor Car and Company. These Cars were purchased on 10th September
1914.
The second floor has in it the
Library containing more than three thousand manuscripts in Arabic, Persian
and Urdu and about 12000 books in English, Arabic and Persian languages, a
large Album having length about 4ft. breadth about 3ft. and weighing about
20 kg., the Holy Koran written in hand by the famous writer of Bagdad,
Haroon-Al-Rashid. However, the most precious collections of this library
are the original copy of Ain-E-Akbari and Akbarnamah
written by Abul Fazal (court poet of the Great Mughal Emperor
Akbar) and a Holy Koran written
by
Aurangazeb. |
